There is something powerful about a woman wearing a great watch. I am not sure exactly what it is – but I love it. I find it so sexy. We have all fallen into the habit of checking our phone for the time, but like I said…there’s something about watches. There is something elegant about wearing a watch.
My first major watch was a 21st birthday gift from my beautiful folks. They gave me a gorgeous Cartier Roadster watch. What I loved was that it was rather menswear inspired – it had real substance. Another great thing about it was that the bands could be easily switched out. Cartier offers so many gorgeous colors.
As a Bridal shower gift from my mom, I received a gorgeous and easy to wear HERMES watch. I don’t wear much jewelry and rarely wear a bracelet, etc – but I have been wearing my watch non-stop.
With that said, I wanted to share some of my favorites with you that are beautiful.
Hermes has multiple watches that are rather iconic, this Heure H design is one of them. The classic appeal of this watch is what has really made it such a favorite. The KELLY lock watch is rather amazing as well, but not practical for me.
Montblanc is all about being timeless. This watch does JUST that. That red-gold touch and that gorgeous bezel make this watch such a beauty.
SHINOLA is a very special brand that makes beautiful leather goods. This specific watch is a favorite of mine because of that beautiful blue strap. That really big and beautiful dial is so airy and open.
Larsson & Jennings is a new favorite for me. Can you tell I am a sucker for simplicity that has personality. I adore the color of this watch strap but more than anything – this color combo of the case and the green – gorgeous. Once again, that dial is so modern and clean. Love it!
Swatch is a no brainer for the fashionable girls who want something super affordable and fun. I picked this one in honor of Beyonce… #Watermelon because Bey All Day.
Would love to see the watches you rock! Let me see them by tagging #yourstrulysahar or @saharsanjar on Instagram or Twitter!
